Veno ("we", "the service") is a personal-productivity reminder + notes + Digital Vault app provided as-is, best-effort, and without warranty of any kind. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. What Veno is
A tool that lets you store reminders, notes, and Digital Vault items and attempts to notify you via Email, SMS, WhatsApp and browser push. Veno is not a certified alerting system, an emergency service, or a substitute for professional advice.
2. Best-effort delivery
Notifications depend on your device, your network, your carrier and third-party services (Resend, Twilio, your browser's push service). We cannot guarantee that any particular reminder will be delivered on time or at all. Do not use Veno for time-critical medical, legal, or financial decisions.
3. Your content, your responsibility
Everything you write — reminder titles, descriptions, notes, tags, receipts, Vault items — is your own content. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality. Do not store other people's confidential information without their permission, and use good judgement about what you place in the Vault: it is convenience storage, not high-assurance secret storage.
4. AI features
Ramble Capture, Quick Parse, Smart Suggestions and Note Auto-tag use large language models (Claude, GPT). AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or hallucinated. Always review a reminder before you rely on it. Veno is not liable for actions you take based on AI-generated content.
5. Households
Anything you tag to a household is visible to every member of that household. Vault items are never shared to a household — they remain private to your account.
6. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veno, its operators and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the service. If liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).
7. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veno. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
