Ramble Capture, Quick Parse, Smart Suggestions and Note Auto-tag are powered by large language models. They can misinterpret voice, invent dates, or mis-categorise information. Always review a reminder before you commit it. Veno takes no responsibility for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
Vault is convenience storage
The Digital Vault is designed for quick look-ups — insurance numbers, membership IDs, emergency contacts. It is not certified secure storage. Do not use it as your only copy of critical documents, and use good judgement about what you place in it.

By using Veno you accept that any decision based on a reminder, note, Vault item, Boss Score, streak, or leaderboard is your own. If you rely on Veno for a mission-critical event, you should also have a backup — a physical calendar, a colleague, or a paid enterprise reminder service.
